Mom’s biopsy came back a little early today from NY. We are celebrating God’s grace. Mom qualified to receive a drug that will target specifically and she will not need chemo! Her doctors called this a “stroke of luck” due to the odds of qualifying. We know, however, that this is no coincidence; this is God’s hand at work. He is listening and answering your prayers.
In Acts 27-28, Paul is bitten by a poisonous viper snake. The Bible says that the people watched and expected him to die. Logically and statistically they were right to do so, but Paul didn’t die. If God is for us who can be against us. We watch and expect not what statistics say, but we watch and expect our great God to move.
We are so thankful for God’s grace and our confidence remains in Him alone. We continue to pray for His healing rain and trust Him to be mighty to heal mom completely. We thank you so much for all who are praying and fasting. We know God leans in to listen to His people. Please pray bold prayers and expect big answers.
Mom is scheduled for 9 more radiation treatments. She gained two lbs this week on her healthy diet! We are still asking for sound sleep at night. Will share more later this week.
PRAISE the Lord, and we will keep on praying!

So glad to read this good news. In Isaiah 65:24, it says, “Before they call, I will answer.” God had this answer for a specific treatment already prepared and waiting.
This psalm has been a comfort to me with sleep issues: “I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.” (Psalm 4:8)

We are amazed at how God is working – in the midst of every detail of your illness, in the lives of your family, in the body of Christ, in those who don’t even know you but are praying and fasting for you… We know that God has everything in your life in His control, for your future and throughout this journey where so many are being connected to it, one by one. We have been praying for you, Kristen and your family since the announcement was made at the Oldham County Campus last month. My 4 year-old son, Dylan has been praying for you,too!
