In everything give thanks. Every good and perfect gift comes from the Father.
- Radiation is almost done! Friday will be the last day.
- Kristen and I have been able to walk every day this week and have great prayer times during the walks.
- This week her stomach is much better and her eating is much improved.
- She got a 1/2 bag of IV fluids yesterday that helped up the hydration.
- We’re so thankful for the elders who prayed and anointed Kristen with oil a week ago this past Sunday.
- We had a powerful prayer time in Madisonville, KY last week. We met a Methodist pastor who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and given a short time to live – that was 16 years ago. He went through radiation and was told he would never have children. He has two! We are so grateful that we are all praying to an Almighty God! Nothing is too difficult for Him.
- We were able to worship together for the first time in a month this past Saturday night at Southeast!
- The cards, notes, posts, meals, fasting and prayer that continues to encourage each day, day by day.
We are so thankful for so many who continue to fast and pray for Kristen’s full health and healing. We praise God for all of you! Keep storming the gates of heaven. Your prayers are powerful and effective!
Love, Kurt, Kristen, Olivia, Drew, Ivy & Ellie

Dear Kurt Kristen & Family: What wonderful news about the miracles that are happening in your life Kristen. When one or more gather and pray in Jesus name miracles happen. I do believe this because I see miracles happening everyday that I pray and even when I do not. Take care and keep improving until the cancer is completely gone. Remember that GOD loves you and so do I. I will continue to pray for you and the family and believe that the prayers will be answered. Love In Christ Patty

He is faithful and I feel sure He will be showing off with you! My mother-in-law, Jackie Polsgrove, was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, and was told she had 6 months to live. She looked at her doctor and said “That’s unacceptable – I have many more years to live.” She lived another 20 years before she passed away with an unrelated disease! Stay strong and know prayers are powerful. Our family is lifting you up in prayer!

Praise and thanksgiving for the report. Daily I pray. Daily I look at the blog to hear the report. I feel so useless but knowing that God hears my simple pleads for you is encouraging. I pray for each one of you, knowing your heart beat for your Mom. May today each of you find joy and peace in the One True God.
Love and prayers, Suzanne Albertsen

Precious Kristen and her entire family,
It has been such a privilege and honor to lift you and your entire family up in prayer. God has been so faithful to bring you to my mind multiple times throughout my day so that I could pray. Yesterday when I went to my “Tent of Meeting” I was reminded again of how much my walk with the Lord has been blessed by Kristen’s teaching. You have blessed so many. I am so glad that in some small yet very powerful way, I can bless you by praying. We serve a big God who is not limited by our human understanding of disease. He has not read and does not need to read the “literature” about cancer. He has already conquered it!! Praying complete healing and peace as you walk this journey. I know He is doing and will continue to do “Excellent Things” in your life!
You are loved! Joan

I was told 25 1/2 years ago that my chances of having children were slim to none. Present time, I have 2 beautiful young men ages 25 and 23!! No one on this earth can say what we can and can not do. Only the Loving Father knows what we can and can not do. He knew I wanted children and blessed me overwhelmingly!!!

The Lord directs the steps of the Godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for The Lord holds them by the hand. ~Psalm 37. Loving and praying from the deepest places in my heart, sister!

Kristen,
This scripture was in my devotional last week; and as I have thought of you often in my prayers, I have recounted it for you as you have been in treatment with radiation, etc. in order to “destroy” the enemy/cancer:
Deuteronomy 33:27 –
The eternal God is your dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms; and he thrust out the enemy before you, and said, “Destroy!”
