Real quick update. We’ll fill you in more.
After much prayer (with your help), Godly council and strong confirmations, we met with the oncologist today and mutually agreed for Kristen to take a six-week break off the drug Tarceva. This is a huge relief to Kristen and her body. Even though we know Tarceva is an answer to earlier prayer and has been used by the Lord, it is a powerful drug that can cause some difficult side effects.
The Doctor didn’t do a chest X-ray today, but will in five weeks along with other testing.
We are looking at this like the testing period Daniel asked for in Daniel chapter 1. “At the end of the ten days, they looked healthier and better nourished . . .” (Daniel 1:15).
Over the next 6 weeks, we’d like to ask you all to join us in intensified prayer and fasting, asking the Lord to demonstrate the healing work He has done! We’re off to bed now, but I will give you more details in the coming days.

We will be in prayer and fasting for you all during this six weeks. When you mentioned Daniel, I felt God speak to me on that and that will be the fast we will be doing during this time of prayer and fasting for Kristen. For anyone else that would like to join in the Daniel Fast with us for Kristen, please do. It is a fast for and of healing.
